temperature resistance.It can soluble in most organic solvents and has good gloss and transparency.It can slightly 

soluble in water.When used for painting,it can bear 180-220°C for 30 minutes.

Pigment Red 144 is combined from two monoazo pigment through condensation reaction(connected by aromatic diamine) to form a large molecule(molecular wieght 829). Its light fastness, heat resistance, chemical resistance, migration resistance are much higher than monoazo pigment, while color shade and brightness keep similar. Because the existence of isolation base (-CONH-) reduces the length of the conjugated system of the molecule.

The main function of plastic food packaging is to protect the food, making it easy to carry, transport and storage, it is closely related with people's lives and health. Therefore, in order to prevent food contamination, deterioration, food packaging requires not only beautiful appearance, practical, more important is to improve quality, to ensure food safety, which is no doubt that it requires more on food plastic packaging. Our country "GB9685-2008 Standard" stipulates food contact plastics coloring pigment purity and heavy metal content, such as: heavy metal impurities accounted pigment mass fraction shall comply with: antimony ≤0.005%, arsenic ≤0.01%, barium ≤0 .01% cadmium≤0.01%, etc. other impurities on the coloring agent in 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid mass fraction should be consistent: PCB≤0.0025%, aromatic amines ≤0.05% etc., for a substance should not be used without the inclusion of processed food containers or packaging materials. 1. Pigment red 53:1(TDS) is a yellowish and very showy red powder, General in light, generally contains a barium salt, we recommend. Fast lake Red C-LC, it having good heat resistance  (270℃*5min),migration fastness:4grade, BA≤100PPM, accord with AP89-1,Suitable for food packaging plastics.

2. Pigment yellow 17(TDS) is a greenish yellow pigment, heat resistance 230℃*5min, but migration fastness is general (3grade),  accord with ROHS/EN71-3,so can used for food packing plastic.

3. Pigment yellow 62(TDS) is a greenish yellow pigment powder, having good migration fastness, Good heat stability,reach to 260℃*5min, without halogen, accord with EN71-3, AP89-1, ROHS,FDA, GB9685. Recommended materials for food packaging。

4.  Pigment yellow 183/pigment yellow 191(TDS) are two kind of reddish yellow pigment, pigment yellow 183 is much reddish with comparision, pigment fineness of 220-250 mesh, dipersion, does not migrate in PVC(LV5), with a high thermal stability, reach to 300℃*5min does not change color. accord with EN71-3, AP89-1, ROHS,FDA, GB9685, Recommended for use in the food packaging industry.
